Scope of GGCT

Two fundamental principles of the GGCT are:

1. Implement immediate and effective operational measures when Macao residents are involved in crisis or disaster during their travel outside Macao SAR territory;
2. Provide coordination assistance when inbound vistors are involved in crisis or disaster during their travel within Macao SAR territory.
